Job Position: Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary

• As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and monitoring the storage and distribution of finished products.
• A great asset for this role will be communication and negotiation skills. You will also be well-versed in supply management principles and practices.
• You will manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.
• You will be the one to coordinate personnel and processes to achieve the effective distribution of goods.
• The ideal candidate will have great record-keeping abilities and a customer-oriented approach.
• The goal is to ensure the smooth operations of a variety of channels aiming for maximum efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services
• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
• Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures
• Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders, etc.
• Prepare accurate reports for management
• Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes, and process shipments
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints
• Coordinate logistics staff (e.g. truck drivers) according to availability and requirements.
• Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
• Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency
• Supervise, coach, and train warehouse workforce
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
• Comply with laws, regulations, and Taeillo’s requirements

Requirements and Skills

• B.Sc / BA in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or relevant field with 4-6 years of experience
• Proven experience as logistics coordinator
• Experience in customer service will be appreciated
• Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirements
• Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
• Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP)
