Job Summary

• We are looking for a passionate and experienced Manager/Marketing Officer to oversee the daily operations and marketing efforts of our lounge, restaurant, and bar. 
• The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of hospitality management, and experience in digital marketing and promotions.

Responsibilities
Management Duties:

• Supervise daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Train, schedule, and manage staff (waiters, bartenders, chefs, cleaners).
• Monitor stock and inventory, ensuring smooth supply chain management.
• Handle customer complaints professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulations.
• Organize events, special nights, and live performances to boost sales.

Marketing & Promotions:

• Manage and grow the brand’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase foot traffic and sales.
• Run advertising campaigns, including influencer partnerships and local promotions.
• Create customer loyalty programs, discounts, and special offers.
• Monitor market trends, analyze competitors, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Partner with event planners, DJs, and entertainment brands to attract customers.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s / Master`s Degree / HND / OND
• Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant/lounge/bar management or marketing.
• Strong understanding of hospitality industry trends and nightlife promotions.
• Proven experience in social media marketing and event planning.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems, finance tracking, and inventory management.
• Experience with graphic design (Canva, Photoshop) and online ads (Facebook/Google Ads) is a plus.
