Job Position: Marketer

Job Location: Warri, Delta

Job Description

• Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns for our brand
• To win over new customers and retain existing ones
• Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences for our product.
• Devising and presenting new ideas and strategies for the growth of our brand
• Generating daily customer orders and coordinating deliveries.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Promotional activities to further enlighten the public and create more awareness
• Updating customer information on the system
• Coordinating internal marketing and organizational culture
• Monitoring performance and sales level, ensuring it doesn’t go down
• Submitting a weekly report of executed tasks and targets met to the Manager.
• Maintaining a good relationship/rapport with the customers.
• Discovering new market/ expansion opportunities.
• Supply Manager with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Answering all customer questions about products, prices, location, timing and availability.
• Meet and exceed targets
• Drive revenue for the restaurant.

Job Requirements

• B.Sc or HND in Marketing or any related discipline from a recognized tertiary institution
• Excellent verbal communications skills
• Ability to meet and exceed targets within the shortest time
• Good interpersonal skills
• Sound numerical skills
• Applicant should have at least 2 years of experience as a marketer in an FMCG company or food service industry
• Applicants should have a winning mindset.
• Must be savvy and creative, very familiar with social media
• Applicant must reside in Warri, Delta State.

Salary
N50,000 - N80,000 monthly.
