Job Summary

• We seek a motivated Marketer to promote our bank's financial products and services, drive business growth, and enhance our market presence.
• Responsibilities will include deposit mobilization, loan acquisition, customer relationship management, and identifying new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract clients and grow the bank’s portfolio.
• Identify and establish relationships with potential clients across various industries within and outside the locality.
• Promote the bank’s financial products and services, including loans, savings accounts, and investment opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, support the creation of new products and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that the needs of clients are met.
• Monitor market activities and competitors to refine marketing strategies.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the bank.

Performance Indicators

• Deposit mobilization targets
• Account Creation
• Loan disbursement and portfolio quality
• Customer retention rate
• Identify potential loan and deposit markets and develop referral networks
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by Management.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience inmarketing, preferably in the banking or financial services sector
• Market Planning and Market Research skills
• Communication and Sales skills
• Proficiency in use of banking software and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field
• Strong understanding of marketing banking/financial products.
