Job Summary

• Our client is seeking a marketer who will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and increasing brand awareness for the company's rice and water products.
• The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers, including wholesalers, retailers, and direct consumers.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business.
• Ensure proper visibility and branding of products in the market.
• Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Provide feedback from the market to inform product development and improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Good knowledge of the local market and distribution channels.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Salary
N200,000 monthly.
