Job Description

• Develop marketing strategies to increase awareness and sales
• Identify and successfully achieve new business opportunity
• Initiate new processes to increase efficiency and improve the customer experience
• Preparation of marketing and sales presentation where necessary
• Maintain and increase sales database
• Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and DVDs;
• Managing accounts of existing customers while sourcing for new clients
• Communicate effectively with service customers
• Monitoring competitor activity and generating leads for products and services.
• Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships;
• Managing campaigns on social media

Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc in Marketing / Business Administration / Economics or any other related discipline
• 2 - 5  years working experience in sales, marketing or business development in an IT firm.
