We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Marketing Manager
Job Location: Ajah, Lagos
Reports to: General Manager
Start Date: As soon as possible
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies
• Implement marketing strategies
• Develop Social Media Marketing Strategy & implement it.
• Manages Social Media Team, Telemarketer & Customer care.
• Collaborate with Sale Manager
• Open marketing niche of Sale team to go in.
• Branding and PR for the company
• Responsible for planning marketing and promotional events
• Marketing Video Face

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is an advantage.
• Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of experience in real estate, business management, or a related field, with at least 2-5 years in a leadership role.

Skills:

• Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Financial management and budgeting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Knowledge:

• Real estate industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
• Business strategy, operations, and management principles.
• Financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
