Job Position: Marketing Officer

Job Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive Marketing Officer to support the growth of our new Egg Depot in Ikorodu, Lagos.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, promote our egg products extensively, and increase brand visibility within the local market.
• You will play a key role in on-ground marketing activities, community outreach, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate must reside in Ikorodu, and be familiar with the local market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement local marketing strategies to promote egg sales.
• Identify and engage potential B2B and B2C customers (retailers, supermarkets, restaurants, and households).
• Conduct on-ground marketing campaigns (flyers, roadshows, local events, etc.)
• Monitor and report on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity.
• Build partnerships with local businesses to drive depot traffic.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing and sales goals.
• Track performance metrics and analyze campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

• Education: OND / HND / B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience: Proven experience in marketing, preferably in agro-based products.
• Must reside in Ikorodu.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and sales skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under minimal supervision.
