Job Position: Marketing Officer

Job Locations: Lagos and Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are looking for an innovative and target-driven Marketing Officer to plan and execute marketing strategies that increase product visibility, boost sales, and strengthen the company’s market position.
• The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, and experienced in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies for all company products.
• Conduct market research to identify consumer preferences, trends, and competition.
• Manage product branding, advertising, and social media marketing campaigns.
• Organize and participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and marketing events.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and partners.
• Work closely with the sales team to meet business goals and improve product distribution.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly marketing reports to management.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in marketing or sales (FMCG or cosmetics industry preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotion.
• Must be able to work independently and handle field assignments.
• Must reside in Lagos or Ogun State.
