We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Mobile Financial & Reconciliation Officer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Design and develop and update Mobile Money reporting template to better analyse and benchmark data
• Prepare and analyse monthly reporting for Monthly Performance, Review (MPR) in order to take immediate appropriate actions and solutions to meet target.
• Follow up/ escalate any delay in payment of agreed revenue for immediate competition.
• Ensure that all Mobile Money Accounts (Regulatory, Operational, etc) are opened and monitored on daily basis and proofed accordingly.
• Participate in the most projects, such as system implementations, Agent Network increase with third party, etc.

Experience

• 3 to 4 years' experience in a mobile financial organization with experience in reporting and system reconciliation
• Strong knowledge in mobile financial systems
• Good computer skills and proficiency in all other Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to interpret Financial Data from various systems and in various formats
• Knowledge in inter-bank settlement and chargeback
