Job Description

• To provide an effective Query Resolution service in a professional, friendly manner. 
• To provide customer support and service to all customers and ensure customer satisfaction in all day to day activities.
• Ensure prompt customer renewal notification through telephone calls and emails.
• Effectively track and provide reports on all existing insurance policies

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a First Degree in related discipline
• 1 -2 years of post-NYSC experience
