Job Position: Photo Studio Manager

Job Details


  • We are looking to hire Photo Studio Managers for our studios in Lagos.
  • The Photo Studio Manager is responsible for the overall operational efficiency of his/her assigned studio branch.
  • This person will be tasked with the primary responsibility of analyzing and improving customer relationships and work to ensure quality delivery, productivity, and efficiency.

Job Functions include:

  • Provide inspired leadership for the studio branch
  • Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction at all times
  • Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching front office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity
  • Driving revenue generation

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of BSc / HND in any area of study but preferably Business Administration
  • At least 4 years of experience in office administration

Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for inducing creative, enjoyable experiences and environment and using their technical expertise, creativity, and composition skills to produce and preserve images that tell a story or record an event.

Job functions will include:

  • Analyze and plan the composition of photographs
  • Use various photographic techniques and lighting equipment
  • Capture subjects in professional-quality photographs
  • Enhance the subject’s appearance with natural or artificial light
  • Use photo-enhancing software
  • Recommend creative ideas and solutions to achieve desired results, maintain a professional image, and exceed expectations of goals and objectives
  • Use artistic knowledge to enhance and compose photographs
  • Arrange objects, scenes, lighting, and background to adhere to specifications
  • Directs subjects.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of SSCE / WASCE
  • At least 2 years experience in indoor and outdoor photography
  • A photography training certification will be an added advantage.

Job Position: Photo Editor

Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are looking to hire a Photo Editor. This position is responsible for creating and fostering quality photo strategy, as well as completing the tasks of researching, selecting, editing, and producing a visually appealing end product
  • The Editor edits photos to make them more appealing and arranges them in a suitable layout.

Job Functions will include:

  • Creates a portfolio of visual assets
  • Procures and manipulates photos and images as needed
  • Reviews project pipeline and anticipate photo needs
  • Ensures adherence to company style guide and branding
  • Ensure all assignments are edited on time for delivery
  • Manipulate photos to achieve the highest quality using the appropriate software
  • Use artistic knowledge to enhance and compose photographs.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of SSCE / WASCE
  • At least 2 years experience in photo editing and design
  • An editing / photography training certification will be an added advantage

Job Position: Customer Service Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Customer Service Officer is responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring that the needs of customers are being satisfied and promote this idea throughout the organization.

Job functions include:

  • Attend to customers' inquiries via email, social media, telephone calls, and face to face, providing necessary and adequate information to inform the customer’s buying decision
  • Issue out and record payment receipts
  • Greet and welcome guests and customers into the company
  • Participate in enhancing the company’s image via social media
  • Improves customer service procedures, policies, and standards for the company
  • Collect customer feedback by making clear notes on an inquiry / complaint, channeling them to relevant members of staff, and by ensuring the answer is given on time
  • Provide help and advice to customers using the company’s products or services
  • Provide possible improvements to customer service
