1.)Finance Director

Job Location: Sokoto

Job Description

  • The Finance Director will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company.

Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement financial strategies in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of financial strategies, plans, and budgets.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision- making by senior management.
  • Oversee strategic planning processes and providing financial insights to support long-term business growth and sustainability.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies to facilitate audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations and financial reporting standards.

Qualifications, Experience, and Attributes

  • First Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or any related discipline from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum of 18 years of cognate post qualification experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Relevant professional certifications i.e. ACA, ACCA etc. is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRCN) & Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) regulations.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and financial software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate and interact with top level management.
  • Strong leadership, supervisory and people management skills.
  • High sense of responsibility, accountability, integrity, and ethical standards.

2.) Resources Director

Job Location: Sokoto

Job Description

  • The Human Resource Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource management, including talent acquisition, employee's relations, performance management system, learning and development and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Implement performance management systems to ensure clear performance expectations and provide feedback for employee development.
  • Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and employee relations.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent, including developing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and negotiating job offers.
  • Develop policies and administer employee benefit program.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulation and maintain best practices.
  • Manage employee relations issues, conflict resolution, disciplinary action and grievance procedures.

Qualifications, Experience, and Attributes

  • First Degree in Human Resources, Humanities, or any related discipline from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum of 15 years of cognate post qualification experience. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, laws and regulations.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and ERP software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport across various stakeholders and effectively communicate and interact with top level management.
  • Relevant professional certifications i.e. PHRI, SPHRI or GPHR is mandatory.
  • Membership of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria.
  • Strong leadership, supervisory and people management skills.
  • High sense of responsibility, accountability, integrity, and ethical standards.

3.) Sales and Marketing Director

Job Location: Lagos / Abuja

Job Description

  • Reporting to the Managing Director/CEO, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and enhance brand visibility for the cement product.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and targets.
  • Lead the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including market expansion and customer acquisition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product development and differentiation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing activities with overall business goals.
  • Manage the sales and marketing budget effectively, monitoring expenses and ROI to optimize resource allocation.
  • Develop marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and advertising initiatives to enhance brand awareness and visibility.

Qualifications, Experience, and Attributes

  • First Degree from a reputable institution in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in the cement industry.
  • Strong understanding of cement industry market, market dynamics, and customer needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth, expand market share, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Strategic thinker with high level of commercial acumen.
  • Relevant professional certifications/membership of the Institute of Marketing & Public Relations of Nigeria is mandatory.
  • Post graduate degree in business administration, public administration, or other relevant disciplines is an added advantage.
  • Proven experience leading and managing a sizeable team. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
