We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Warehouse Manager
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth operation of the warehouse in terms of process flow, orderliness, space utilization, stock storage, receipt, and issuance of stock.
- Maintain proper documentation of warehouse activities, including meticulous record-keeping and thorough checking of waybills.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and take action to achieve optimal performance.
- Conduct physical stock counts and reconciliation quarterly.
- Provide relevant training to warehouse and distribution staff.
- Prepare periodic reports (weekly, monthly) regarding stocks, warehouse and distribution operation costs, and other metrics.
- Plan and coordinate all duties and tasks assigned to the departments.
- Ensure daily filing and submission of source documents to the Accounts Department.
- Ensure proper and accurate software postings of physical documents.
- Review depot requisitions and plan shipments according to different routes and depot locations.
- Supervise pick-up, put-away, loading, and unloading of inbound and outbound trucks in the warehouse.
- Actively participate in the stock importation team’s activities.
- Proactively manage inter-depot stock movements.
- Ensure proper recording of stock as per company policy.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements
- B.Sc. / HND in Business Administration, Logistics, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in warehouse management in the manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
2.) Internal Auditor
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in developing risk-based audit plans aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Monitoring and testing corrective actions from previous audits.
- Performing detailed testing and analysis of financial data and transactions to identify anomalies, errors, or irregularities.
- Documenting audit findings, including observations, recommendations, and corrective actions, in clear and concise audit reports.
- Executing internal audits, compliance reviews, and risk management activities as outlined in the annual audit plan.
- Contributing to the identification of key audit areas and the development of audit procedures and objectives.
- Coordinating the audit team members to ensure efficient allocation of resources and timely execution of audit plans.
- Conducting audits of financial statements, internal controls, and operational processes to assess compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Communicating audit results and recommendations to management and relevant stakeholders professionally and constructively.
- Collaborating with business units and functional teams to understand their operations, challenges, and control environment.
- Providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders on compliance matters, risk mitigation strategies, and best practices.
Requirements
- B.Sc. / HND in a relevant field
- 5 years experience as an Internal Auditor
- At least at the professional stage of ICAN
- Experience in the manufacturing or FMCG sector is mandatory
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP Systems
3.) Financial Analyst
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Overseeing and maintaining the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Preparing and reviewing trial balances to ensure accurate and complete financial statements.
- Analyzing product costs and developing pricing strategies.
- Monitoring and reporting on cost variances and profitability.
- Managing accounting processes for multiple branches or retail operations.
- Ensuring proper consolidation of financial data across all branches.
- Preparing financial reports and analyses to support business decisions.
- Developing and maintaining financial models and dashboards.
- Utilizing advanced Excel skills for financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
- Leveraging other financial planning software tools as required.
- Conducting variance analysis and identifying trends or discrepancies.
- Utilizing operational ERP systems to streamline financial processes.
- Ensuring data integrity and consistency within the ERP system.
- Performing data analysis to support financial planning and decision-making.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Implementing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a financial analyst.
- Extensive knowledge of general ledger, trial balance, product costing, and pricing.
- Experience in multi-branch or retail operations accounting.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial planning software.
- Strong operational ERP knowledge.
