1.) Graphic & Motion Designer

Job Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop engaging motion graphics and animations for diverse digital platforms such as social media, websites, and advertisements.
  • Create visually striking graphics, including illustrations, icons, and layouts, to effectively convey complex concepts and ideas.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce creative assets that adhere to brand guidelines and support marketing campaigns.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work within tight timelines.
  • Demonstrate strong collaboration skills to work efficiently with diverse teams.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of design principles, encompassing typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Maintain a keen eye for detail and aesthetics, ensuring precision and quality in design work.
  • Ideate and storyboard concepts for motion graphics projects, ensuring a coherent and captivating narrative.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in motion graphics and graphic design, integrating new techniques and technologies into projects.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers and content creators, to seamlessly integrate design elements into digital products and experiences.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts, rationale, and project updates to team members and stakeholders effectively.
  • Exhibit adaptability and a willingness to learn, showcasing a passion for staying informed about industry trends and advancements.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in motion graphics and graphic design, supported by a robust portfolio showcasing creativity and technical expertise.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), Freepik, etc.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Exceptional storytelling and narrative skills, capable of effectively communicating complex ideas through visual elements.
  • Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a fervent commitment to crafting visually compelling experiences.

Salary
N250,000 - N350,000 + Benefits

2.) Head of Credit and Marketing 

Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Head of Credit and Marketing is responsible for developing and implementing credit policies, managing credit risk, and driving marketing strategies to promote our financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market microloans and SME products.
  • Mobilize deposits and manage deposit-related activities.
  • Coordinate and oversee marketing activities across branches.
  • Evaluate client creditworthiness using the 5 Cs of credit.
  • Report directly to the CEO.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Marketing and Credit within a financial institution, including prior departmental leadership.
  • Proven track record as a Head of Marketing and Credit.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
  • Proficient in computer usage and internet savvy.
  • Sales and marketing experience is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated people management skills.

Salary
N180,000 - N200,000 + Benefits.

3.) Frontend Developer

Job Location: Arepo, Ogun

Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing user interfaces for web applications.
  • They should have a strong understanding of front-end technologies and frameworks, as well as experience working in an agile development environment.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Design, develop, and implement user interfaces for web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  •  Collaborate with back-end developers and UX/UI designers to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end functionality.
  •  Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  •  Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of web applications.
  •  Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  •  Stay updated with the latest front-end development trends, technologies, and best practices.
  •  Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements

  •  HND / B.Sc in Computer Science or related field.
  •  4-5 years of Front-End Developer experience.

  • Security Awareness:understanding common security vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies.
  •  Version Control Systems expertise, particularly in Git.
  • Debugging Skills:proficiency in writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using tools like Jest.
  •  Experience with State Management Libraries like Redux or MobX for complex fintech applications.
  •  Knowledge of Responsive Design principles using CSS frameworks like Bootstrap or Material UI.
  •  API Integration skills using Axios or Fetch for fintech functionalities.
  • Understanding of Fintech Regulations:familiarity with GDPR, PCI-DSS, PSD2, and KYC/AML requirements.
  • Continuous Learning and Adaptability:willingness to learn and stay updated with React.js and fintech industry advancements.

Salary

  • N250,000 - N400,000 monthly.
