We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Operating Theatre Technician
Job Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties

• Transport patients to and from the operating theatre and wards.
• Set up, check, connect and adjust surgical equipment.
• Report all malfunctioning equipment to the appropriate authorities.
• Prepare and maintain operating rooms for surgery.
• Assist with the movement and preparation of patients within the operating theatre.
• Ensure that the patient is positioned securely and safely on the operating table before surgery and on the patient trolley at the completion of the surgery.
• Provide technical assistance to surgeons, surgical nurses and anaesthetists.
• Clean and restock the operating room, arranging instruments, supplies and equipment according to instructions.
• Provide support to patients in recovery.
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and policies.

Requirements
