Ndi Assam Foundation is a charity organization founded in Nigeria with location in Abuja, Nigeria. Ndi Assam Foundation is an NGO that takes care of the homeless children by privding a home, food, water, education, recreation, comfort and a meaningful life for them.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Operation Manager

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the foundation, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the foundation's goals.
• Lead and manage team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure successful execution of projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Female candidates only.
• Resident of Abuja.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in operations management or a related field is preferred.
