Job Summary

• We're looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Operations Manager to optimize our operational efficiency, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives
• Oversee daily operations, including staff management and performance
• Foster strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Analyze operational metrics and implement improvements
• Develop and maintain operational procedures and standards.

Salary
N500,000 - N700,000 per month.
