Job Position: Operations Analyst

Summary


  • The Operations Analyst is responsible for providing high-level administrative, operational, and financial support to the operations and leadership team. 
  • This role requires a proactive and highly organized individual who can multitask effectively, anticipate needs, and ensure the smooth running of daily activities. 
  • The ideal candidate is hands-on, reliable, and capable of taking initiative without constant supervision. 
  • They must be results-driven, able to get things done with efficiency and precision.

Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support:

  • Manage the leadership team’s schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Draft and handle correspondence, reports, and internal communications.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on key action items and deadlines.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Office & Operations Management:

  • Ensure smooth daily office operations, managing supplies, logistics, and vendor relations.
  • Support in executing and improving operational processes for efficiency.
  • Act as the go-to person for administrative needs and inquiries.

Finance & Expense Tracking:

  • Record financial transactions and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Work with the external accountant to ensure financial records are updated.
  • Monitor expenses, process reimbursements, and support financial reporting.

Task & Project Coordination:

  • Assist in coordinating internal projects and ensuring timely execution.
  • Provide hands-on support where needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Education: There is no degree requirement, but a National Diploma (ND) or equivalent in business administration, project management or finance is an added advantage
  • Work Experience: 0-2 years of experience or interest in business operations, administration and finance is key
  • Relentless Execution: Must be able to drive tasks to completion efficiently, ensuring tangible results while maintaining professionalism and collaboration.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft 365, basic financial tools, and other digital platforms.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and provide quick, effective solutions.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Independence & Initiative: Ability to take ownership of tasks and work proactively without waiting for instructions.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
