We are recruiting a highly motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join our dedicated team in the capacity below:

Job Position: Operations Executive

Job Location: Abuloma, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and optimize the end-to-end supply chain process, from procurement to distribution.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet demand.
• Collaborate with logistics partners to streamline transportation and distribution activities.
• Implement and oversee quality control measures in collaboration with production teams.
• Address and resolve quality issues promptly.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and finance, to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide support and guidance to operational staff.
• Track and manage shipments, ensuring on-time deliveries.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficiency measures.
• Conduct regular reviews of operational procedures and recommend enhancements.
• Prepare daily regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
• Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in operations management .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Salary
N20,000 - N45,000 Monthly.
