Job Position: Operations Lead

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

The Role

• We’re looking for an Operations Lead to own and drive the heartbeat of our execution. This is not a routine admin role — it’s a leadership position at the core of Strivo Labs.
• You will design and manage systems, coordinate projects across multiple teams, and ensure that everything we do runs like clockwork.
• You’ll work closely with the CEO, Strategy & Operations teams, and product managers to translate vision into action, spot inefficiencies, and implement scalable processes that allow Strivo Labs to deliver consistently to clients and scale globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Build, optimize, and oversee internal systems, workflows, and tools for seamless execution.
• Project Leadership: Track, manage, and ensure timely delivery of multiple client and internal projects.
• Process Design: Identify bottlenecks and implement SOPs, dashboards, and automations to scale operations.
• Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional collaboration between strategy, technical, and creative teams.
• Reporting & Insights: Provide weekly operational updates, performance metrics, and recommendations to leadership.
• Quality Control: Ensure deliverables across projects meet Strivo Labs’ execution standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive efficiency through digital tools, automation, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• 4 - 6 years in operations, project management, or business execution roles (consulting, SaaS, digital agencies welcome).
• Proven ability to build systems and processes that scale.
• Strong project management skills with tools like Notion, Asana, ClickUp, Jira, or similar.
• Analytical and detail-oriented — able to see both the big picture and the fine details.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Comfort with fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Bonus: Familiarity with SaaS, AI, automation, or digital transformation.
