Job Description

• An operations Manager is a senior role which involves overseeing the production of goods and smooth running of the organisation to meet expectation of customers and clients.
• Other duties include Planning and controlling change, managing quality assurance programmes, setting and reviewing budget to manage cost, and overseeing inventory, distribution of goods.

Required Qualification and Experience

• Candidates must possess a Degree or Higher National Diploma in any of the Technology courses or Physics with minimum of second class lower division.
• At least 5 years experience is required in a manufacturing concern
• Good business skills and commercial awareness are big virtues
• The ability to motivate others, Deliver on time, in-budget, to-specification and contribute to Food Safety and Business Quality Management System Development are very important.
• Ability to share knowledge and good knowledge and enforcement of LEAN manufacturing process very essential.
• Not more than 35 years.
