Job Position: Operations Manager

Job Location: Shomolu, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are currently looking fora dynamic and strategic Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations and administrative functions of our fashion house.
• This individual will ensure that all departments are running efficiently and effectively while aligning with the overall business goals.
• The Operations Manager will report directly to the brand owner and play a critical role in staff management, procurement, and general business oversight.

Requirements
Candidates who meet the following criteria should apply to join our team:

• Has strong leadership abilities.
• Has a bachelor's degree.
• Fluent in English Language with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Has experience in any of the production processes (sewing, patternmaking, cutting and fabric procurement).
• Has worked in a mass garment manufacturing position before.
• One year of experience working in fashion.
• Experience with menswear production/design.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 per month.
