Job Position: Operations Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• We are seeking to hire an Operations Manager to join our leadership team. You will be in charge of providing inspired leadership for the operations of our organization's businesses which involves making important policy and strategic decisions, as well as the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
• You will also be assisting our Human Resources department with recruiting, when necessary, and help promote a company culture that encourages morale and performance.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management (or a related field) and have 3 years post NYSC prior experience minimum, as an Operations Manager (please note that this is not same as overall professional experience).
• A deep understanding of financial management and experience with luxury brands is also a plus.
• Candidates should be informed that this is an urgent hire and will be required to resume as soon as possible this month.
