We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Operations Officer

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation in the following areas; Plumbing, Electrical systems, Carpentry, Aluminium, Air conditioning, Refrigeration, Generator, and Painting.
• Carry out inspections offacilities and call rooms to identify and resolve issues.
• Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.
• Fuel Requisition, purchase and allocation.
• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and equipment
• Ensure facilities conform to regulatory standards
• Monitor equipment inventory and raise orders when necessary.
• Asset Management- Asset tagging and monitoring.
• Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.
• First aider and Emergency responder
• Ensure effective waste disposal.

Salary
N80,000 - N150,000 / month.
