NowNow Foundation is a new NGO set up to address the most important (now) needs of the most vulnerable (now) people, from a family standpoint.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Operations / Programs Lead

Job Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities
We’re looking for someone who can generally carry the program on their head. More specifically, this means someone who can:

• Collaborate with superior to design strategies, programs and processes.
• Manage other team members.
• Design a curriculum and curate courses.
• Implement strategies, programs and processes.
• Drive partnerships.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree with relevant work experience.
• Passionate about help
• Computer-literate
• Available to travel around
• Energetic
• People person
• Can coordinate and implement strategies
• Prior experience is an added advantage.

Compensation
