We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Regional Manager
Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with the company's business objectives.
• Analyze regional market trends to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Provide day-to-day support to shop managers to ensure smooth store operations of the stores
• Ensure all branches represent the Hans & René brand consistently and uphold company standards.
• Evaluate store and individual performances, providing feedback and implementing improvement plans as necessary.
• Monitor sales results and report on regional performance to senior management.
• Maintain proper documentation of stock and sales transactions.
• Monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures to ensure profitability.

Salary
N300,000 per month.
