Job Position: Personal Assistant

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Desciption


  • Provide administrative support to ensure seamless operations, managing schedules, communications, and tasks with confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities
Scheduling:

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.

Correspondence:

  • Handle emails, letters, and phone calls on behalf of the principal.

Organization:

  • Maintain records, files, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Research:

  • Provide data entry support, conduct research, and gather information as needed.

Errands:

  • Run personal errands, such as shopping, dog walking, or household tasks.

Event Planning:

  • Coordinate events, parties, and social engagements.

Travel Arrangements:

  • Book flights, hotels, and rental cars, and prepare itineraries.

Personal Tasks:

  • Manage personal tasks, like bill payments, gift shopping, and appointments.

Household Management:

  • Oversee household staff, vendors, and maintenance tasks (if applicable).

Confidentiality:

  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all aspects of the role.

Task Management:

  • Prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and ensure timely completion.

Communication:

  • Facilitate communication between the principal and family members, colleagues, or clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience

Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  •  Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  •  Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  •  Proactive and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
