Position Overview

• We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Petroleum Engineer to join our client's team.
• As a Petroleum Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing oil and gas production processes, conducting reservoir evaluations, and implementing innovative technologies to enhance efficiency and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct reservoir studies to assess potential oil and gas reserves.
• Design and implement drilling plans to extract hydrocarbons efficiently.
• Monitor and optimize well performance, ensuring maximum production.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineering staff.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to analyze and solve engineering challenges.
• Implement and oversee enhanced oil recovery techniques.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve extraction processes.
• Collaborate with geoscientists and other professionals to assess reservoir properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in petroleum engineering, with a focus on oil and gas production.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
• In-depth knowledge of reservoir engineering principles and drilling technologies.
• Familiarity with simulation software and reservoir modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations in the petroleum industry.
