We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Procurement Manager (Cocoa)
Job Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities 

• Procurement and packing of materials are done while maintaining cost efficiency/quality through proper planning and price negotiation.
• To ensure the quality check is done and records are maintained regarding materials loaded/offloaded in trucks.
• Ensure the commodity procured is at the best possible rates.
• Ensure Internal Quality Check is conducted on each consignment lot and records are maintained.
• Reports regarding the quantities of commodities and other reports as advised on the requirement. Such as:
  • Procured
  • Cleaned
  • Stocked
  • Dispatched
• Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with cleaning vendors, CHA, freight forwarders and labour contractors.
• Documentation: Ensuring documentation is completed at every stage on time.
• Logistics: Arranging containers as per booking done by the logistic team.
• Handling local matters and logistics and coordination with freight forwarders.
• Responsible for all the warehouse, procurement, and operations activities in the region.

• MBA/PG from the Institute of Agri-Business Management
