Job Summary

• As our Procurement Manager, you'll join our strategic sourcing team that ensures our shelves are consistently stocked with the best products at competitive prices.
• Leveraging your market research skills and negotiation prowess, you'll identify optimal suppliers and secure favorable contracts.

Responsibilities

• Market research for popular brands and fastest-selling products and Devise sourcing strategies.
• Discover solid suppliers and initiate business partnerships and negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms and conditions.
• Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs and Identify and establish effective pricing strategies and manage the purchase of frozen, fresh and dry items.
• Advise on methods to improve receiving, storing, inventory and distributing materials and supplies; and maintain stock control records and Verify quantities of goods delivered, inspect for damage; and sign delivery tags.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement/sourcing roles especially in Fresh, Frozen and Dry items
• Solid understanding of sourcing methods, supply chain and inventory management
• Quantitative skills for data analysis, budgeting and spend management

Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 / Month.
