Job Summary

• Our client, a full-service Construction firm, is seeking to hire a competent and Project Manager to join its team.
• The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all phases of project execution, from initiation and planning to implementation and completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• The role holder should have strong leadership skills, strategic planning abilities, and effective communication to coordinate teams, manage resources, and drive successful project outcomes while aligning with client and organizational objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Leading project execution, ensuring technical accuracy, quality, and alignment with client requirements and project objectives.
• Developing and implementing strategies to enhance workforce performance and site efficiency.
• Overseeing project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Monitoring quality control, regulatory compliance, and site safety standards.
• Coordinating with architects and engineers to interpret and implement design requirements.
• Mentoring and managing project teams, subcontractors, and site personnel.
• Tracking project progress, analyze data, and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful delivery.
• Preparing and presenting reports on project status, challenges, and recommendations.
• Providing strategic direction to enhance workforce productivity and oversee architectural and engineering operations.
• Reviewing engineering deliverables, initiating corrective actions, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Person Specification

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience as a project manager or in a related role.
• Proven experience in project management within the construction, engineering, or architectural sector.
• PMP Certification will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of project and construction management.
• Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Salary
N6,000,000- N8,400,000 Annually.
