Job Position: Project Manager
Job Location: Ajah, Lagos

About the Role

• We are seeking a highly organized Project Manager to oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery, quality, and budget control while managing diverse teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction and design projects.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and procurement schedules.
• Manage vendors, contractors, and internal teams for smooth execution.
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Prepare progress reports, risk assessments, and project updates.
• Resolve issues, provide leadership, and drive process improvement.

Requirements

• B.Sc./B.Eng/B.Arch in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing construction or infrastructure projects.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Must reside within the Lekki–Ajah axis for proximity.
