Job Description


  • Management of resources (personnel, equipment, subcontractors, vendors, schedule) and delivery of projects to ensure projects are delivered within budget, safety, quality, and in accordance with regulatory and customer requirements.

Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Management:

  • Provide leadership & management of Project, safety, quality & schedule performance.
  • Monitor & Oversee Work schedule & deadlines, Project Progress & Set Deadlines to ensure that Projects are completed on time.
  • Management of all project schedule and cost risks

Project Communication, Customer & Stakeholders Satisfaction:

  • Maintain communication with Clients during each phase of the project to ensure that they are satisfied with the progress, quality, and safety of the work/project.
  • Lead & Attend Project Progress Meeting & Project meeting with Prime Client & PMT members.

Project Coordination:

  • Coordination of engineering, procurement, construction, HSE, Quality etc. to meet weekly and monthly project objectives.
  • Attend Project Kickoff meeting for critical work packages & subcontracted work.
  • Manage the engineering department/construction interface to ensure that fabrication and construction activities are completed in a timely manner.
  • Coordination of Vendors & Subcontractors to ensure that they have the materials needed for the execution of their scope of work.

Contract & Subcontract:

  • Review Project Prime contract & any relevant subcontract
  • Monitoring & Sourcing for Variation & Change Orders & Claim opportunities
  • Commercial: Full Profit & Loss responsibility for the project. Budgeting, Financial forecasts & expenditure, and approval of such.

Project Team Competence:

  • Support recruitment, training and retraining of new and existing employees.

Project Risks:

  • Management of all project schedule and cost risks

Project Documentation:

  • Collaborate in the preparation of project documents associated with all aspects of the project in accordance with the contract obligations and project specifications.

Project Postmortem/Lessons Learnt:

  • Plan & conduct Project lesson learnt session towards the preparation and documentation of the Project lessons learnt register.

Professional Support Services:

  • Support Business Unit Manager on the status of the Project requirements Project execution, safety, quality, schedule etc.
  • Provide technical support to the Business Development and tendering functions to continually fill the company sales funnel.
  • Other duties as assigned

HSE:

  • Take full responsibility and adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environment rules, regulations, and policies.

Requirements

  • First Degree in Engineering or any other relevant Qualification
  • Minimum of 15 Years of experience in the Oil and Gas sector
  • International OSHACT diploma in Health & Safety
