We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Quality Control Officer

Job Location: Mile 2, Lagos

Job Summary

• The Quality Control Officer supports the Quality Control Supervisor in maintaining product quality across all stages of production by conducting routine inspections, assisting with laboratory tests, and ensuring proper documentation of quality activities in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Responsibilties

• Monitor and inspect incoming raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards; conduct routine sampling, analysis, and quality checks.
• Support the preparation of chemicals and execution of physiochemical and microbial analyses on juice, water, and related materials.
• Identify quality deviations, assist in implementing corrective actions, and ensure compliance with SOPs, NAFDAC, SON, and other regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all quality control activities, including inspection records, test results, and non-conformance reports.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to resolve quality-related issues and promote continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Degree in Food science and technology, microbiology, biochemistry, chemistry or related field from any reputable university.
• Minimum of 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in quality control, quality assurance and food safety in a Juice and Beverage production plant
