Job Position: Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• As a real estate sales executive, you will work closely with the real estate manager to develop and increase sales of real estate properties by following up on potential and existing clients. You will be required to follow up on portfolios/leads of new clients too.
• Identify potential clients to promote sales of properties, follow up, and close business deals
• Accompany clients for property inspection meetings
• Prepare proposals and preparing presentations for prospective clients
• Manage the sales process
• Maintain accurate customer database - Prepare activity log and sales visits reports.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND, OND or B.Sc qualification with at least 2 years of work experience.
