Job Posiiton: Restaurant Manager
Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff hiring and training, and maintaining effective communication within the team.
• The Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for managing food and beverage operations and implementing strategies to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills
• Experience in providing exceptional Customer Service
• Experience in Hiring and Staff Training
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the restaurant industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
