Job Summary

• We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and sales-driven Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Essential Foods and Catering Services.
• As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking food and drink orders, serving meals, and handling cash transactions. If you have a passion for delivering great customer experiences and meeting sales targets, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take food and drink orders
• Serve meals and drinks in a timely and efficient manner
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash machine accurately
• Meet sales targets and upsell/cross-sell menu items
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment
• Record food sales and maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer queries
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service
• Follow company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / OND qualification with 0-2 years of experience.
• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
