Job Description

• We are looking for an organized and experienced sales and marketing personnel to join our travel agency in advertising and selling of our products and create competitive advantages for our company in the market.

Responsibilities

• Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
• Sales and promotion of wide range of travel packages, including flights, accommodations, tours, cruises, and other travel-related services.
• Carry out market research to identify target audience demographics and reviewing previously successful marketing campaigns.
• Prepare detailed information documents and marketing materials related to products and services.
• Consult with clients and understand their travel preferences, interests, and budgets.
• Analyze budgets, preparing annual sales budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
• Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
• Maintaining relationships with clients and generating leads by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. (Additional certifications in travel or hospitality is a plus)
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing and sales preferably in travel or hospitality industry.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
