About the Job

• Solar Depot is powering homes and businesses across Nigeria with clean, renewable energy and we’re expanding quickly across Abuja, Lagos and surroundings.
• We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can close deals, open doors, and help build our market leadership from the ground up.
• This is a high-impact role for a driven professional who wants ownership, visibility, and the opportunity to grow with one of Nigeria’s leading solar companies.

What You’ll Do

• Drive new business across residential and commercial markets
• Launch and optimize lead-generating marketing campaigns
• Lead client consultations, craft proposals, and deliver winning pitches
• Build lasting relationships with property developers, facility managers, and corporate clients
• Consistently hit or exceed revenue targets
• Share on-the-ground market insights to shape company strategy

Who You Are

• 5+ years in solar business sales and marketing
• Deep network in Lagos: real estate, SME, facilities, or energy sector a plus
• Proven B2B/B2C closer with a strong track record
• Confident, proactive, and execution-focused
