Job Summary

• A Pharmaceutical wholesale distributor is looking for a competitive retail Sales Assistant to help customers identify products, process customers list and help purchase products.
• Duties include selling, restocking and merchandising.
• Providing high class customer service, increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers
• Manage point-of-sale processes, picking and invoicing
• Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Provide customers with information about items
• Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, customer appointments, and customer complaints.
• Provide customers with information about items.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
• Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
• Elevate complaints to management.
• Follow all companies policies and procedures

Requirements

• OND, HND
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in Sales , customer relation in a Retail or Pharmacy
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proximity to Surulere, Ojuelegba , Yaba is very important.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
