Owens and Xley Consults is a Lagos-based company that offers business advisory and consulting services to help Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs).

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Sales Associate
Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Description 
Sales:

• Responsible for serving customers and processing sales transactions as well as restocking shelves, resolving customer complaints, and ensure that the sales floor is well maintained.

Sales:

• Organizing merchandise on shop floor
• Assisting customers and advising them on fashion choices
• Carrying out stocktaking and inventory monitoring duties
• Handling returns and exchanges
• Develop good relationship with customers to support the business success and cultivate
• customer loyalty.
• Selling clothing and processing payments at checkout
• Maintaining store in clean and tidy condition
• Attaching and updating pricing tags on merchandise
• Managing stockist orders, shipments and returns.
• Dealing with customer complaints and suggesting solutions. Also ensuring that all customer
• complaints are resolve within 24 hours and same communicated to the latter.
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Salary
N100,000 per month.
