Job Position: Sales Attendant
Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• As a sales Attendant you are to assist our customers choose between the company's arrays of products, Responsible for liaising with customers in order to ensure transaction goes smoothly and maintain a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers to find the products they are looking for.
• Be involved in stock control and management.
• Stocking shelves with merchandise.
• Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor.
• Balancing cash registers with receipts.
• Responsible dealing with customer complaints.
• Receiving and storing the delivery of stock
• Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays.

Qualification

• SSCE/WASSCE/NECO/ OND
• 1-2 years’ experience as a sales attendant or Sales Representative.

Required Skills:

• Having a friendly and engaging personality.
• Should be confident and polite.
• Able to work as part of a sales team.
