Job Position: Sales / Customer Service Manager

Job Location: Ajah, Lagos

Job Description

• We are looking for a dedicated and reliable sales / customer service manager to join our web design sales team.

Responsibilities

• Contact new and existing clients by phone, WhatsApp, chat. etc.
• One on one interaction with a prospective client (if required)
• Generate new sales online or offline
• Serve as an intermediary between web design team and clients
• Generate invoices, quotes for new and existing clients
• Daily report to management team
• Customer service support
• Manage company's social media accounts
• Manage sales team

Requirements
Preferred candidate must have:

• Outstanding knowledge of web design, web hosting, web advertising
• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 1 - 3 years experience.
• Good communication skills with strong command of English language
• Good writing and typing skills
• Good knowledge of the Internet
• Strong sales background
• Outstanding telemarketing skills
• Outstanding customer support skills
• Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
• Basic knowledge of how search engines (Google) works
• Strong social media skills, especially Instagram and Facebook
• Option to work from home

Salary
N80,000 - N120,000 / month.
