Job Summary

• Our greenhouse farm is seeking a proactive and creative Sales/Digital Marketer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, enhancing our online presence, and driving engagement across digital platforms.
• This role is crucial in expanding our market reach, increasing sales, and promoting our horticultural products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify potential customers, build relationships, and convert leads into sales.
• Create and curate engaging content, including blog posts, videos, and graphics, to promote our products.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, email marketing, and social media advertising.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
• Collaborate with the farm management team to create promotional offers and campaigns.
• Manage and update the company’s social media platforms.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Gather customer feedback to improve products and services.
• Track sales data and prepare detailed reports on sales performance.
• Regularly report to management on progress and outcomes of sales and marketing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and digital marketing, preferably in the agricultural or horticultural industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with greenhouse farming and horticulture is an advantage.
