Job Position: Sales Executive
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Work Mode: Mondays to Fridays 8am to 5pm Fully onsite

Job Summary

• We are seeking a vibrant and smart Sales Executive with high intuition and strong customer service orientation. The ideal candidate for this role must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal and goal oriented.

Responsibilities

• Creating content by capturing high- quality photos and videos of products
• Collaborate with Social media manager to develop and execute campaigns to drive sales.
• Generate and issue receipt for all orders placed through Bumpa and manage customer database
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly sales reports to the CEO
• Respond to inquiries and complaints across all channels
• Collaborate with Store Assistant to ensure accurate order processing
• Responsible for inventory management
• Coordinate order pickup and deliveries, monitoring it's status from start to finish

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing or Fashion
• OND/HND in any field.
• Excellent communication skills with attention to details.
• Customer service oriented with good organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently, solve problems with initiative.

Salary
N70,000 - N75,000 Monthly.
