We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Sales & Marketing Manager
Job Location: Utako - Abuja (FCT) & Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for each subsidiary to achieve revenue and market share targets.
• Conducted market research and analyzed industry trends to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
• Collaborate with the product and operations teams to align offerings with customer demands and market trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive long-term business growth.
• Build and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and providing regular performance feedback.
• Create and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, events, and public relations, to enhance brand visibility.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to develop strategic plans and achieve sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Requirements

• 5-7years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in transportation, real estate, aviation, etc
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
• Experience in dealing with luxury brands is a plus
• Experience in digital marketing and CRM tools is a plus.
• Must have experience in at least two industries - transportation & real estate.

Salary
N500,000 - N700,000 Monthly.
