Job Position: Salon Manager with Hair Styling Skills
Job Location: Ijebu Ode, Ogun

Job Summary

• We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Salon Manager with Hair Styling Skillsto oversee the daily operations of our salon. 
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a welcoming salon environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily salon operations.
• Recruit, train, and manage salon staff.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and client satisfaction.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
• Develop marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
• Handle client concerns and resolve complaints professionally.
• Apply makeup for clients for various occasions (weddings, photoshoots, special events).
• Conduct client consultations to determine desired looks.
• Recommend and sell makeup products to clients.
• Perform haircuts, coloring, styling, and treatments.
• Consult with clients to understand their hair needs and preferences.
• Recommend hair care products and maintenance routines.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and tools.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Salon Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of salon software and appointment booking systems.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
