We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Secretary
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 8:30am - 6:30pm

Job Description


  • The secretary works closely with the publisher to ensure the smooth running of the office.
  • You are in charge of organizing the office.
  • Your duty is to provide clerical and administrative support and assistance to the office, colleagues, and above all, the publisher.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the publisher.
  • Schedule and plan his daily and weekly calendar and activities.
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos
  • Send official emails on behalf of the publisher.
  • Document expenses and prepare weekly reports.
  • Manage and organize the office, ensure its smooth running.
  • File, document and organize letters, queries, reports, requests etc.

Qualifications

  • Must have a First Degree in Humanities.
  • Must have 1 - 2 years of experience.
  • Must be male between the ages of 21 and 26.
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have a flexible schedule and should be willingto work long hours.
  • Must be able to write effectively and within the shortest possible time – emails, letters, memos etc.
  • Must be able to transcribe audio recordings.
  • Must learn what publishing biography and autobiography entails.
  • Must be able to properly file, document and organize letters, queries, reports, requests etc.

Remuneration
N70,000 - N80,000 Monthly.
