Job Position: Senior Manager, Human Resource
Job Location: Ogun

Job Description

• To conceptualize & document the assigned HR Processes and support the deployment of the processes across the business and location of the organization .
• Responsible for overall People strategy and HR processes. Be a strategic business partner and establish a performance driver culture through effective HR practices.

Requirements
Candidate should have experience in handling HR issues with 8 to 15 years of experience and also have handled:

• Recruitments
• Performance Mgt System
• Training & Development
• Factory Law as per Nigeria
• Labour Laws
• Compensation & Benefits
• Organizational development
• Industrial Law.

Note: Candidate should be Local citizen of Nigeria
